A: 12 months. Over this period, we will supply technical support and replace old parts with new ones for free.
Q2. What are the terms of the package?
A: Generally speaking, we pack our goods in cartons. We can pack the goods in your branded boxes with proper authorization.
Q3. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
Q4. What are your terms of trade?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 7-10 working days after receiving your advance payment, depending on items and order quantity.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before delivery to ensure quality.
