The Wallbox charger has a protection level of IP54, suitable for outdoor use with an RFID billing system. The Movable Charger protection level is IP43, which is not recommended for outdoor use during rainy weather.

The warranty is 12 months. During this period, we provide technical support and replacement parts free of charge, with customers handling the delivery costs.
What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining authorization.
