WY-CCU Central Control Core of DC Charging System
The Charging Control Unit (CCU) serves as the central control core of the DC charging system, undertaking comprehensive coordination, monitoring, and scheduling responsibilities. By establishing a stable and reliable communication network, it enables real-time data interaction with multiple critical components including the display unit (OCU), power control board (PCU), backend operational system (SECC), CHAdeMO protocol converter board, internal power supply modules, and high-precision energy meters. It functions as the central brain ensuring intelligent, safe, and efficient operation throughout the charging process.
Efficient Interaction with OCU: As the hub for human-machine interaction, the CCU processes operational commands from the display screen while providing real-time feedback on charging status, billing information, and fault alerts.
Coordinated Control with PCU: Through seamless communication with the Power Control Unit (PCU), the CCU issues core commands such as power allocation and start/stop operations.
High-Voltage Safety Monitoring: Performs real-time bus voltage acquisition while rigorously executing system insulation testing protocols to safeguard high-voltage electrical safety.
