How long does it take to fully charge a car?
The charging time depends on the car's battery capacity, the on-board charger (OBC) power, and the charging station's output. The formula is: Battery Capacity (kWh) divided by the lower value of the OBC or the charger power. For example, a 40kWh battery with a 7kW OBC takes approximately 5.7 hours.
