What are the shipping and trade terms?
We support multiple trade terms including EXW, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDU, and DDP. Shipping can be arranged by air, sea, or express couriers like DHL, TNT, UPS, and FEDEX depending on the requirement.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 24-month warranty for the entire machine. In case of failure, we cover the transportation cost for hardware replacements. Additionally, our software includes a lifetime warranty with remote technical support.
