A: Wallbox charger protection level is IP54, available outdoors with RFID billing system. Movable Charger protection level is IP43; rainy days and other extreme weather cannot be used outdoors.

A: The warranty is 12 months. During this period, we supply technical support and replace parts for free, while customers handle delivery costs.
Q3: What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in brown cartons. Branded packaging is available with proper authorization letters.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
